New Orleans Town & Country Tours w/Mr John, French & English, was founded by John LaFleur, a scholar, teacher & LOUISIANA Creole gourmet writer with a passion for sharing his Louisiana love of history, food & culture with others and help create unforgettable memories & friendships!

Guests are met at
/near their NOLA hotel to join Mr John for a simple Cafe du Monde breakfast of beignets & cafe au lait, followed by an excellent city tour from the FRENCH QUARTER to fabulous city park to the garden district!
Discover the cradle of Jazz in the shadow of the Superdome, home of the "WHO DAT NATION?"
Then, we're off to the American garden district to see the homes of famous historic figures and Hollywood elite; Sandra Bullock, Anne Rice, Beyonce' & more!
Lunch Break
Full lunch choice menu, Creole "Po " Boy, or jambalaya, 1 beverage & dessert at Joey K's!
Afternoon FREE for shopping etc.
Day 2
An early morning hotel departure , we leave the city to cross the Mississippi and the vast Atchafalaya swamp to discover the forgotten Creole plantations & Cajun life.
Lunch at famous PREJEAN'S
City of the DEAD Tour St. Landry Parish cemetery, Napoleonic soldiers, wealthy Creole & Cajun elite.
Arrive, check-into the historic Jean Batiste LaFleur plantation bnb for 5pm cocktails.
4 course dinner @ 8pm
Day 3, Saturday Morning @ Famous Fred's for Cajun dancing, boudin & crackling!
Depart Cajun Mamou for your NOLA hotel reflecting upon the joys, the pleasure, the accurate knowledge you've now gained about one of America's most interesting cultures+la Louisiane!
